Political parties get health manifesto from IIM-A Professor
Ahmedabad: Negligence on issues of basic health by the political parties in our country has led an IIM-A professor to take on the charge of making a proposal for healthcare system and sending it to them.
The proposal is being made by Dileep Mavalankar, professor in Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and his team. The proposal will be sent to all the political parties across the board with the intention that it becomes a part of their agenda.
"Healthcare system in our country is in huge mess. People die in our country due to diseases like meningitis and hepatitis. The present governing system doesn't have any liability towards the deaths related to outbreak of diseases." avers Mavalankar.
