Jeremy Lusk Video | X-Games Crash Video

What a sad day. What is to be a happy event turned into disaster when Freestyle motorcross rider Jeremy Lusk sustained head injuries during the X-Knights event in Costa Rica. Performing Seatgrab Indian Backflip Jeremy Lusk lost control and crashed. He died as a result. Jeremy Lusk is only 24 years.

He was brought to the hospital, in the ICU at the Calderon Hospital San Jose but did not make it. He died February 9,2009.

It must have been very painful for Jeremy's family, his parents, his wife Lauren Lusk, and for his fellow riders and his fans. Lusk won the X Game gold in the FMX event and silver in Moto X best trick in the year 2008. More impressively was that Jeremy Lusk was named FMX rider of the year and appeared in the Transworld Motocross Magazine in this January 2009 Issue.

My condolences to Lusk's family. He is a great skillful athlete. He will surely be missed. May his soul rest in peace.

dead man on campus

A man is dead after being struck by a train Sunday evening near Robinson Street.

The victim is a male in his mid-20s, possibly Hispanic, and was pronounced dead at the scene, said Lt. Blake Green with the Norman Police Department. Green said he didn’t know why the man was on the tracks.

Norman police, fire and emergency crews responded about 6:50 p.m. Sunday evening to reports of a pedestrian being struck by a train near the railroad tracks north of Robinson Street.

The accident was called in by the conductor of the train, Green said. Eight NPD investigative officers responded along with Burlington Northern Santa Fe police officers.

The northbound train was stopped and still was blocking the intersection at Robinson Street as of 9 p.m. Sunday.

Green said the intersections between Main Street north to Lexington Avenue would be closed at least 3-4 hours while the accident was investigated.

Toshiba Unleashes It's New TGO1 Phone (Pics, Specs, Video)

Toshiba Unleashes It's New TGO1 Phone (Pics, Specs, Video)
Toshiba TGO1 has been unleashed in the market. It is a new phone to run on Qualcomm Snapdragon platform, powered by 1Ghz mobile CPU, and has GSM, HSPDA, Bluetooth, Wi-fi and GPS.

Toshiba TGO1 is bigger than the Apple iPhone but it's slimmer. It has a 4.`" WVGA screen, measuring 9.9mm. It has 512 MB internal memory expandable to up to 32 GB. It only has 3.2 8 megapixel camera though which is a big "WHY"?

The Toshiba TG01 Touchscreen phone is definitely nice. With phones like this we now have more choices than before. But I still question the 3.2 megapixel camera. Why can't we get an 8 megapixel camera? Or at least a 5 megapixel?

And as for the price, that I couldn't figure out yet.

Anway, here's a video of the Toshiba TGO1 Toucscreen Phone
